Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 August 2026

This policy says what we collect, why, and what we do with it. The short version: almost nothing, because there is almost nothing here that collects.

These terms are published in draft while the platform is being built, and the entity details below are still being finalised. Free accounts are open and nothing on this site takes payment. This page will be reviewed and dated again when the details are settled, and anyone who has given us an email address will be told before anything here changes in a way that affects them.

The short version

We do not run advertising, we do not sell or share data with anyone for their own purposes, and there is no third-party analytics or tracking script on this site. Browsing the course pages does not require an account and is not tied to you.

What we collect

If you create an account we collect the name and email address you give us, and the work you save while going through a course: your baseline, your notes, and the artifacts each module asks you to produce. If you tell us your company, your role, or how you heard about us, we collect that too. Those three are optional, and the form says so.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period and for the purpose of running and securing the service. We do not use them to build a picture of individual visitors.

Why we collect it

Your name and email exist so you can sign in and so we can tell you about something that affects your account. Your saved work exists so it is there when you come back. The optional questions exist so we know which roles are actually turning up, which is how the next course gets chosen. They are used in aggregate and they do not change what you are shown.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your saved work to train a model, and we do not read it except where you have asked us to look at something. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

Running a service means using other companies to host it and to send email. They process data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. The specific providers will be named here before accounts open.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open, and then no longer. Close your account and the account and the work stored against it are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [contact email]. We will not ask you why, and there is no charge. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator.

Cookies

There is no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies. If you have an account we set cookies to keep you signed in, and those are the only ones we set.

Contact
